These notices preserve existing signed agreements and licenses. They do not transfer ownership, create new fees or require acceptance through sign-in.

1. Access and permitted use

Use private tools only through an account authorized for you. Protect your credentials. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or submit malicious content. Use, copying, modification, distribution and commercial reuse of proprietary materials must be authorized by the applicable agreement, license or law.

3. Client materials and deliverables

Submit or connect only materials you are authorized to use. Client data, brand assets, confidential information and resulting deliverables remain subject to the applicable ownership, license and confidentiality agreements. Displaying client work in a portfolio does not grant permission to copy it. Check permissions, claims, links and destination requirements before exporting or publishing.

4. AI assistance and review

Where AI features are available, AI-assisted copy, images and suggestions are drafts requiring human review for accuracy, originality, permissions and suitability. Approval in a workflow is not a legal clearance or guarantee of ownership. AI output may contain errors or resemble other material; its copyright status depends on the relevant facts and law.

5. Services, pricing and existing agreements

Services, development, hosting, support, usage charges and transition arrangements are governed by the applicable agreement or order. This page does not impose new or retroactive fees, promise a service level, or convert an existing license into a subscription. Reading this page, signing in or continuing to use a service does not itself accept a new commercial agreement.

6. Data and connected services

Where connected-service features are available, content needed for a request may be sent to the configured provider. Only submit data and connect services you have permission to use. Third-party services have their own terms and may have separate costs. Ask the administrator about enabled providers, retention and export arrangements before submitting restricted information. This is a platform-use notice, not a complete privacy policy or data-processing agreement.
